These terms govern your use of this memorial platform, operated by Memories of Honor, a nonprofit organization. By using the platform you agree to them.

Using the platform

You may use this platform to honor service members, to read and share their stories, and to connect with the families who carry their memory. You agree to use it lawfully and respectfully.

Registering a hero

When you submit a service member for a memorial, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share any photographs or documents you upload. Submissions may be reviewed before they are published.

Family accounts

A memorial may have a Primary Keeper — the family member with full editing access. Other relatives may be invited into the family circle with the access level the keeper or our administrators assign. Do not claim a relationship to a service member that is not yours, and do not impersonate another person.

Tributes and content

Please keep tributes respectful. We may review, edit, or remove any content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, misleading, or unrelated to honoring the service member. We are not obligated to publish any submission.

Intellectual property

The Memories of Honor name, logo, and this platform belong to us. You keep ownership of the content you submit, and you give us permission to display it on the platform and to use it to carry the memorial forward.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the platform, and do not use it to send unwanted messages or to scrape personal information about families.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided as it is. Much of what appears here is contributed by families and visitors, and we cannot guarantee that every detail is accurate or complete. If you spot something that is wrong, please tell us and we will look into it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform changes. The date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision.
